VASTBERADEN is built in Amsterdam and rooted in football culture. We create limited apparel, Matchday releases, statement pieces and selected collaborations.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet. At this time, orders are available for delivery within the Netherlands only.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times vary by product. Some products are held in stock, while others are produced and/or shipped by external production partners. Check the individual product page for available delivery information.
WHY CAN DELIVERY TIMES DIFFER BETWEEN PRODUCTS?
We work with different production and fulfilment methods. Some items are shipped directly, while others are produced after ordering or fulfilled by an external partner.
CAN PRODUCTS FROM ONE ORDER ARRIVE SEPARATELY?
Yes. If products are fulfilled from different locations or by different partners, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.
WHAT ARE LIMITED DROPS?
Selected VASTBERADEN releases are produced or made available in limited quantities. Once a drop is sold out, a restock is not guaranteed.
WHAT IS THE MATCHDAY SERIES?
Matchday Series releases are created around selected matches and moments in football culture. These drops can be available for a limited time or in a limited quantity.
WHAT ARE CHAPTERS?
CHAPTERS are standalone VASTBERADEN releases built around a specific story, moment or concept. Each Chapter has its own identity and does not automatically return once it is gone.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Sizing and fit can differ between products and production partners. Always check the product-specific size information before ordering. More information is available in our Size Guide.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Eligible products can be returned in accordance with our Returns policy. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, fulfilment or shipping, changing or cancelling it may no longer be possible. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you on an appropriate solution.
WILL SOLD-OUT PRODUCTS BE RESTOCKED?
Not necessarily. VASTBERADEN is built around limited releases. Some Core products may return, while Chapters, Matchday releases and other limited pieces may not.
