RETURN REQUESTS
If you want to return an eligible product, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and the product you wish to return.
Items must be returned unworn, unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
LIMITED DROPS & EXTERNAL FULFILMENT
Some products are produced or shipped by external partners. The return procedure may therefore differ per product. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Products made specifically to your personal specifications, such as personalised items, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

REFUNDS
